ORDER REQUEST FORM

Thank you for your interest in my custom made cookies! Before filling out this form, please be sure to read through the following order requirements/information. Please note that by submitting this order request, you are NOT guaranteed that order. As much as I wish I could take every order, there are only so many hours in the day.

Once you have submitted the order form, I will contact you via email or text for further details. Once the details have been discussed, you will receive a quote for your order. A 50% deposit is required in order to be placed on my calendar and the remaining half is due no more than 24 hours prior to pickup.

Pricing:

**Please note that cookie pricing varies depending on design and difficulty.

Simple: (2 dozen minimum) $45 per dozen

• 2 colors + white, 2-3 designs/shapes per dozen.

Detailed: (1 dozen minimum) $65 per dozen

• unlimited colors, complex designs including florals, portraits, metallics, or characters.

All cookies come individually wrapped and packaged in a bakery box. Special gift wrapping is available upon request for an extra $6 per dozen.

Pickup is in Olathe, KS (address will be sent at the time of order). Delivery is available upon request for a $15.00 fee
